Infrared Thermometer As a core product, it takes German technology as its starting point and adopts the model of "original German sensors + domestic refined assembly", combined with independent AI intelligent filtering and trend prediction algorithms. Relying on the mature domestic supply chain and standardized production lines, and leveraging the advantages of "high quality and high cost-effectiveness", it has quickly become a benchmark brand in the domestic infrared temperature measurement market. Laser Rangefinder It is a high-precision measuring device specially designed for harsh industrial scenarios such as metallurgy. It can measure a distance of 0-300 meters without a reflector, featuring high precision and fast response (5ms). It supports multiple interfaces and wireless transmission, and its IP65 protection rating enables it to resist high and low temperatures as well as dust interference. The device is suitable for industrial scenarios like ladle trolley and crane positioning, offering convenience and stability. Intelligent Data Wireless Transmitter It can be configured by connecting to the instrument's built-in WIFI module via a mobile phone, or an IoT SIM card can be used. With an alarm accuracy rate of over 90%, it can predict various breakout risks, support historical data traceback, and is suitable for slab continuous casting scenarios, helping to reduce risks and ensure safety in metallurgical production. Intelligent Control System for Bottom Argon Blowing Centered on an imported high-precision flow controller, the entire system operates stably and features simple operation that prevents operational errors. Setting adjustments from any flow rate to the commonly used flow rate can be completed with just 1 to 3 button presses. It reduces argon consumption, improves molten steel quality, and is suitable for scenarios such as special steel smelting. Infrared Temperature Measurement System for Ladle Baking The dedicated infrared wavelength can penetrate flames and smoke, with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0% and a repeatability of ±0.3%. The device is equipped with coaxial laser aiming for easy and accurate positioning of the measured target. It also adopts a patented direct-impact gas cooling method, which requires no additional piping and is convenient to install. Low-Frequency Vibration Detection Device It is equipped with a high-sensitivity sensor of earthquake-specific grade imported from Switzerland, which can accurately capture low-frequency signals in the range of 1Hz-5Hz, with a sensitivity of 1μm. The device supports portable detection or embedded use in the mold for online operation, and can display real-time vibration displacement data in the X, Y, and Z directions.
