Technical Advantages:
●It adopts new technologies such as single-chip microcomputer for data analysis and control, analog and digital multiple filtering, and modular parameter setting.
●PID parameters, hysteresis, upper and lower limit alarm values, percentage during manual output, and other parameters can all be set on the panel.
●It adopts phase-shifting or zero-crossing triggering of thyristors, and the maximum output power can be controlled manually or automatically, enabling optimal temperature control effects at different temperatures.
●An optional RS485 digital output interface is provided. Users can connect to a computer using the supplied software to observe and record temperature control data and waveforms in real time.
●The heating element is insulated from the housing, and special software is used for voltage-limited heating, eliminating the need for a high-power power transformer.
●The blackbody furnace series features an innovative appearance design and adopts an integrated structure of the furnace body and the temperature controller.
